My name is Iris Davis and I look forward to assisting you with your home and property needs.
First let me know tell you a little about myself and my family. My husband Jerry was lucky enough to grow up in Ellijay. Me, I choose Ellijay in 1995. Choosing the mountains over the concrete and hustle of a larger town just made sense. Jerry and I raised our three children in Ellijay. Our sons choose military careers and after serving in the Army and Marines they both returned to North Georgia and have chosen to raise their families here. Our daughter also has chosen to raise her family in Ellijay. Jerry and I are blessed to have not only our children but our grandchildren living in the beautiful North Georgia Mountains.

I know the area and the mountains. And I know the people who live in this small town. Choosing to live downtown myself gives me the opportunity to meet others coming to this area. Working in the real estate industry is a dream come true.

My years of appraising has given me an upper edge when working for my clients. Being a certified property manager is also a specialty that I enjoy and excel at. Georgia landlord/tenant laws are constantly changing. I make keeping on top of these changes my business. This ensures a healthy working relationship with my landlords and tenants.
