Property Management takes out the everyday hassel for the property owner. A property managing company works directly with prospects and tenants, saving you time and worry over marketing your rentals, collecting rent, handling maintenance and repair issues, responding to tenant complaints, and even pursuing evictions.
That’s great but how do I get paid?
As an owner, you have no worries but to sit back and get paid. Shadetree Realty will collect the rent from your tenant each month and either mail you a check or send you your rent via direct deposit.
What is the fee for property management?
